Commander of the Russian Pacific Fleet had a meeting with Commander of the South Korean Navy Fleet Command
Today, Commander of the Russian Pacific Fleet Admiral Sergei Avakyants had a meeting with Commander of the South Korean Navy Fleet Command Vice Admiral Jung Jin-Sub in the Busan naval base, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
Visit of Admiral Sergei Avakyants is held in accordance to the International Military Cooperation Plan of the Russian Armed Forces. The visit will last until April 14.
The parties discussed issues of military cooperation between the Pacific Ocean Fleet of Russia and the Republic of Korea Navy, military education and organization of the training process of educational establishments of two countries.
It is to be reminded that the Pacific Fleet ships entered the Busan port on April 11. The long-range trip of the Russian Pacific Fleet will last for 2 months.
