RF Transport Ministry will develop draft law for reorganization of FSUE Rosmorport into PJSC
Transport Ministry of the Russian Federation has started working on the draft law for reorganization of FSUE Rosmorport into a Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC). According to the Federal Portal for legal information, the law is expected to come into force in October 2017.
Public discussion of the initiative will last till 27 January 2017. The text of the draft law has not been published yet.
Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rosmorport (FSUE Rosmorport) was established in 2002 to contribute into development of the Russian sea transport infrastructure and higher competitiveness of the Russian seaports, by means of effective use, maintenance and development of the assigned federal property in the seaports; to take an active part in realization of federal target programs of the Russian sea transport development; to provide safe navigation in the water area and on the ways to seaports.
