Crews of RF Navy’s Baltic Fleet warships launched exercise in Baltiysk and Kronstadt
Crews of warships, motor boats, and support vessels have launched exercise, which include preparation of the ship for the trip and performing combat and every day organization tasks, in Baltiysk and Kronstadt, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
Nastoychivy destroyer, Steregushy, Soobrazitelny, and Stoiky corvettes, small-size missile ships and boats, major landing ships, anti-submarine ships, and mine-sweepers as well as more than 50 support ships and vessels are involved in the exercise.
The servicemen are preparing the ships for combat, carry out ship damage control and defensive in permanent location stations.
After performing elements of the K-1 course tasks, the Baltic Fleet ships will reach the naval ranges in order to perform combat firing with in different tactic situations.
