CMA CGM announces FAK rates for reefer cargo from North Europe to Asia
CMA CGM has announced Freight All Kinds (FAK) price basis for reefer cargo as from December 1st, 2016 and until further notice:
This new FAK rates will apply as follows:
Origin Range: From all North European ports
Destination Range: To all Asian main ports mentioned above
All outports in Asia will be subject to additional charges
Date of application: From December 1st, 2016 (date of loading in the North European ports) and until further notice
In accordance with EU rules, this rate includes the Basic freight, the Bunker related surcharges, the Peak Season charges (USD 150 per unit) and similar charges. In some cases, the amount of one or several of these items may be null. This rate is also subject to Security related surcharges,Terminal Handling Charges (THC) and other charges such as Contingency charges and local charges.
