Moscow State Academy of Water Transport announces enrolment of 448 students this year.
The faculty of Navigation and Fleet Operation accepts 130 students, Operation of Water Transport Infrastructure - 109 students, Water Transport Management - 25 students. The Academy’s college accepts 184 persons.
The Enrolment Commission registered about four applicants per place.
The history of the Academy dates back to 1980 when Moscow Institute of the Engineers of Water Transport was founded. Moscow State Academy of Water Transport was officially established in 1989 in the result of merging the Moscow Institute of the Engineers of Water Transport, the Moscow River College and secondary vocational (shipping) school No 202. Today the Academy is a large educational and scientific complex which structurally consists of 27 departments of 5 faculties and a college.
