Vladimir Bulavin appointed as the head of Russia’s Federal Customs Service
By the Order of RF Government dated July 28, 2016 (No 1604-r), Vladimir Bulavin has been appointed the head of Russia’s Federal Customs Service.
Andrey Belyaninov has been relieved of this post by the Order of RF Government dated July 28, 2016 (No 1603-r) upon his own request. The Order was signed by RF Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
RF President Vladimir Putin earlier relieved Vladimir Bulavin of his post of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Northwest Federal District.
