Sovcomflot held a meeting of its new board of directors
On 18 July 2016, the open joint-stock company Sovcomflot (PAO Sovcomflot) held a meeting of its new board of directors, the first in the corporate year 2016-2017.
To chair the meeting, the Board has elected Ilya Klebanov, member of the Board.
The new board formed four committees: Strategy Committee, Audit Committee, HR and Compensation Committee, and Committee for Innovative Development and Technical Policy.
The new Board of Directors of PAO Sovcomflot comprises:
Valid Chammah (independent director), partner at Chammah & Partners;
Sergei Frank, President and CEO of PAO Sovcomflot;
Ivan Glumov (independent director), Deputy Chairman of the UN Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf, CEO of Severneftegaz;
Pavel Kadochnikov, Provost for Research at Russian Foreign Trade Academy;
Ilya Klebanov, member of the Board of Directors of PAO Sovcomflot;
Aleksey Klyavin (independent director), President of the Russian Chamber of Shipping;
David Moorehouse, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Braemar Services PLC;
Mikhail Poluboyarinov, Member of the Executive Board and First Deputy Chairman of Vnesheconombank;
Andrei Sharonov (independent director), Rector at Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
