BIMCO, Dan Bunkering and Hafnia to host a series of free seminars on managing legal risks in bunkering
BIMCO has joined forces with Dan Bunkering and Danish law firm Hafnia to host a series of free seminars on managing legal risks in bunkering. The first of these hour-long seminars will take place in London on 27 April; the second in Hamburg on 28 April. Further seminars are planned in May for Athens, Rotterdam, Geneva and Oslo, BIMCO said in its press release.
The London and Hamburg seminars consist of three 20 minute presentations with Q&A covering the following topics:

Counterparty risk in bunkering - Mathias Steinø, Hafnia
BIMCO Terms 2015 Standard Bunker Contract – harmonised terms for buyers, suppliers and traders – Anna Wollin, BIMCO
The seminars will start at 3pm and finish around 5pm followed by drinks, snacks and an opportunity to network. The London seminar will be held at West of England P&I Club, Tower Bridge Court, 226 Tower Bridge Road, London SE1 2UP. The Hamburg seminar takes place at VDR – Verband Deutscher Reeder, Burchardstr. 24, 20095 Hamburg.
