Strike could affect Samskip schedules from 1 February
In case of a strike, two of four Samskip vessels servicing the North Atlantic will come to a stop, the company said in its press release.
On 1 February, the Helgafell is scheduled to leave Kollafjordur for Reykjavik and the Arnarfell is to leave Immingham to Rotterdam. The vessels will stop in Reykjavik and be discharged.
The first vessel influenced would be the Helgafell arriving in Reykjavik 3 February. The Arnarfell is scheduled to arrive in Reykjavik 10 February.
