Northern Fleet ships to perform cruises to the Arctic and the Mediterranean Sea
In the new training year, which has started today in the Russian Armed Forces, the combat ships and supply vessels of the Northern Fleet will perform cruises to the Arctic and the Mediterranean Sea, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
Within the scheduled activities, the Northern Fleet crews of major ASW, landing and supply ships prepare for long-range cruises.
For the passing year, the Northern Fleet ships and vessels have performed over 20 long-range cruises.
