Northern Fleet ships performing artillery and AA firing in the Barents Sea
Today, Kola Flotilla four ships of the Northern Fleet combined forces entered the Barents Sea in order to perform artillery and anti-aircraft firings at sea and imitated aerial targets, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
At the moment, crews of Rassvet and Iceberg small-sized missile ships, Yunga and Snezhnogorsk small-sized ASW ships finished artillery firing in a complex target lay-out.
The crews are to perform AA firing operating missile systems at the training aerial targets.
Military seamen will also attend training on ship damage control, maneuvering in areas of intensive sea traffic and organizing anti-sabotage defence.
