CLT Novoshakhtinsky (RTK Group) starts handling 2-3 thou AvtoVAZ cars per month (photo)
On September 9, 2015, customs and logistic terminal Novoshakhtinsky (Rostov-on-Don, RTL Group) accepted the first batch of AvtoVAZ cars intended for the Southern federal district, RTL Board member Konstantin Skovoroda told IAA PortNews. The cars were delivered by road freight transport.
According to Konstantin Skovoroda, 2,000-3,000 AvtoVAZ cars per month will be delivered to the terminal from different production center in Russia. The contract is intended to improve product availability in the Southern federal district.

CLT Novoshakhtinsky also handles automobiles manufactured by Sollers (Mazda and SsangYong) and delivered from the Far East by railway.

The terminal is located in the south of Russia, in the city of Novoshakhtinsk of the Rostov region near large transportation hubs: 2 km from the federal highway M19, 20 km from M4 "Don" highway. Convenient location of the terminal makes it attractive for handling car flows from Russia, Europe and China.
The terminal covering the area of 50 hectares has a onsignment warehouse with total area of 17 hectares, temporary storage warehouse for 200 eurotrac units, covered warehouses with total area of 1,500 sq.m.
