Yuantong Marine Service signs a strategic cooperation agreement with CSHT Marine Machinery
Yuantong Marine Service Co. Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSCO International Holdings Limited, held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony in Hong Kong with CSHT Marine Machinery Suppliers Ltd., COSCO said in a press release.
Mr. Xu Zhengjun, Managing Director of COSCO International, Ms. Chiu Shui Suet, Company Secretary of COSCO International, Mr. Wu Changzheng, President of China Shipping (H.K.) Holdings Co., Ltd. and Mr. Jiao Tianyue, General Manager of Hoi Tung Marine Machinery Suppliers Limited, attended the signing ceremony. Mr. Yang Bengang, General Manager of Yuantong Marine Service, and Mr. Zhang Yaocheng, General Manager of CSHT Marine Machinery, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. The ceremony was chaired by Mr. Lin Wenjin, Deputy General Manager of COSCO International.
Pursuant to the agreement, the two parties will establish a close, long-term and harmonious strategic partnership. They will make full use of the uniqueness of their network and businesses, and develop strong cooperation and complement their advantages in procurement by bundling. This will enhance the expansion of products and service of both sides. The signing of the agreement will fortify and develop mutual friendly cooperative relations, which is of great importance to the sustained and stable development of both parties.
