Kerch Strait ferry line carried recently 3,399 vehicles, more than 13,000 passengers
On Monday, July 15, the Kerch Strait ferry line was operating normally. The LLC Marine Directorate's traffic control service reported that there were eight Ro-Ro / passenger ferries plying the Kerch Strait: POBEDA, OLYMPIADA, KRYM and PROTOPOROS IV on the Kavkaz-Krym route and GLIKOFILOUSA III, MAJOR CHAPICHEV, KERCHENSKY-2 and YEYSK – on the Kavkaz-Kerch Maritime Trading Port line.
Since yesterday the ferries have transported: 2,100 vehicles (including 135 semi-trailer trucks) and 7,594 passengers to Port Krym; 1299 vehicles (including 158 trucks) and 5435 passengers to Port Kavkaz.
As of 08:00, July 15, 2015 there are different types of vehicles waiting embarkation: in Port Kavkaz: 80 passenger cars, 3 intercity buses, 25 GAZelle vans; at the Slavyansk-on-Kuban automobile parking lot: 123 trucks; at the terminal Krym of Port of Kerch: 20 passenger cars; and at the parking lot of "Airport": 70 trucks and 5 GAZelle vans.
