Draft amendments into FSP “Development of Russia’s Transport System (2010 - 2020)” put out for public consultation (document)
Draft amendments into the federal special-purpose programme “Development of Russia’s Transport System (2010 - 2020)” have been put out for public consultation. According to the Official Internet Portal of Legal Information, total financing of the Federal programme will make RUB 10,253,427,600,000 including RUB 4,777,227,600,000 from the federal budget, RUB 77,221,800,000 from the budgets of RF entities, RUB 5,398,978,200,000 from off-budget sources.
In particular, financing from the project of international transport corridor Europe-Western China is supposed to be redirected to the project on comprehensive development of Murmansk Transport Hub to facilitate implementation of the project’s Phase I.
The document also includes amendments related to the projects of Dry Bulk Cargo Area in the port of Taman, comprehensive development of Novorossiysk Transport Hub, Vostochny-Nakhodka Transport Hub, Svijazhsk Interregional Multimodal Logistic Center (Svijazhsk IMLC, Tatarstan), Dmitrovsky Interregional Multimodal Logistic Center, Multimodal Logistic Center “Multi-purpose Port of Rostov” etc.
