Border control and customs clearance procedure changed at port Kavkaz
Border control and customs clearance procedure is changed at port Kavkaz from August 25, 2014, says press center of Russian Ministry of Transport. According to the new procedure, a vessel calling at the port commences unloading operations with representatives of the authorities performing parallel work. Victor Olersky says it will let save up to 9 hours.
