Amendments are introduced into information on Nakhodka Seaport in RF Register of Seaports
By Rosmorrechflot regulation dated 30.12.2013 No. AD-376-r information on Nakhodka Seaport in the Register of Seaports of the Russian Federation was amended, Rosmorport says.
The main amendments are primarily caused by the update of the main specifications of Nakhodka Seaport connected with the increase of the seaport area, as well as the number of berths and moorage wall length of specific berths in the seaport. The amendments respond to the end of the reconstruction of several berths in Nakhodka Seaport and inclusion into the boundaries of the seaport of several marine terminals located in Sokolovsky Bay (Preobrazhenie village), Oprichnik Gulf (Kamenka village) and Gaidamak Bay (Yuzhno-Morskoy village).
Moreover, the names of several operators of the marine terminals providing services in the seaport were actualized, along with the name of the Nakhodka Seaport Administration. The last was caused by the previously performed reorganization of the port authorities system in the seaports of Primorye Territory, Vostochny, Nakhodka and the seaports of Chukotka. The duties of the Nakhodka Seaport Administration were imposed on the FSI “Primorye Territory Seaports Administration” Nakhodka Branch established in the seaport.
Vostochy Branch in Nakhodka Seaport possesses 27 berths of different purpose the total length of whose moorage walls is more than 5 km. The Vostochny Branch berths make up 20 percent of the total amount of berths in Nakhodka Seaport.
22 of the total amount of the Vostochny Branch berths have been leased to the marine terminals operators, and one more berth is proposed by the branch to all the concerned organizations to use it for its intended purpose on a leasehold basis. More information on the berth No. 11 in Nakhodka Seaport proposed by Vostochy Branch for the lease could be found in the “Lease of Vostochny Branch Property” section.
