Seaport of Sevastopol (Ukraine) handled 3.81 mln t of cargo in Jan-Oct’13
In January-October, 2013, commercial seaport of Sevastopol (Ukraine) handled 3.81 mln t of cargo, says press center of Association of Ukrainian Ports 'Ukrport'.
In particular, state stevedores of IMU system (Infrastructure Ministry of Ukraine) handled 206,600 t of cargo (5.4% of the total volume); private stevedores handled 3,611,000 t of cargo at private berths (94.6%).
State enterprise Commercial Seaport of Sevastopol accepts cargo and passenger ships. The port pacity is 600,000 t per year. Two passenger berths are 199.5 m and 135 m long. The cargo berth is 112 m long.
