Otto Marine Shipping arm go marine disposed off a vessel for US$25 million
Otto Marine Limited announces that its subsidiary, Go Rigel Private Limited , has signed a Memorandum of Agreement to dispose off one of its vessel known as GO RIGEL to PT GO Marine International, a company incorporated in Indonesia in which it owns 49% for a sum of US$25.0 million, the company said in its press release.
The Vessel is an Anchor Handling Tug and Support vessel and is called “GO RIGEL”. The purchase price of the Vessel paid by the Purchaser was US$25.0 million.
