CLT "Novoshakhtinsky" – Russia’s best customs and logistics terminal
For the second year in a row, customs and logistic terminal Novoshakhtinsky Ltd “YUTL” (Rostov region, RTL Group) has been acknowledged by Russian Federal Customs Service as the best transport and logistics terminal in Russia. Within the framework of the competition between the leaders of foreign trade activities «Customs Olympus -2013», CLT "Novoshakhtinsky" has been awarded with a diploma in the nomination of «Russia’s best customs and logistics terminal». This competition was held within the framework of XIV international customs exhibition Customs Service -2013 «Towards Sochi». According to the company’s press center, it is the forth honorary reward of the terminal.
Southern Transport Lines Ltd (YUTL) is the operator of CLT Novoshakhtinsky and is a part of RTL Group.
CLT "Novoshakhtinsky" is located in the south of Russia, in the city of Novoshakhtinsk of the Rostov region near large transport knots: in 10 km from the Russian-Ukrainian border, in 20 km from the route M4 "Don". Convenient location of the terminal makes it to be attractive for handling cargo flows delivered both by automobiles from Europe, Ukraine and Turkey and by marine transport from China.
The terminal occupies the territory of 50 hectares with the operating facilities covering only 20 hectares. State-of-the-art information technologies applied at the terminal enable it to simplify and accelerate customs clearance procedures.
Russian Transport Lines Co. LTD (RTL, Moscow) was set up in 2004 as a full service logistics company. It specializes in search for optimal logistics solutions as regards import of transport, specialized equipment, components and auto plant equipment. In 2006, the first Russian terminal for acceptance of vehicles was opened in St. Petersburg by RTL under partnership with Sea Fishing Port. In 2011, RTL opened a sea terminal Novaya Gavan in Ust-Luga port.
