Documentation on chemical terminal to be built in port Temryuk approved by ecological expertise
Southern Federal District Department of Rosprirodnadzor (Russia’s environmental watchdog) has decided to approve positive findings of a State ecological appraisal of the project documentation on Complex for Transshipment of Liquid Chemicals in Temryuk Seaport developed by Southern Research and Design Institute of Marine Sea Fleet CJSC (YuzhNIIMF) on behalf of Roskhimtrade LLC, IAA PortNews learnt from YuzhNIIMF.
Roskhimtrade LLC and YuzhNIIMF CJSC have signed an agreement on further development of project and technical documentation for the approval of the State Expertise.
As it was reported earlier, the capacity of the terminal’s first phase is 200,000 tonnes per year. The second phase implies the construction of tanks for the capacity expansion to 500,000 tonnes per year. The project is valued at some $30 mln.
