Customs of port Vyborg clears 8 vessels through newly introduced pre-declaration procedure
The customs of port Vyborg has cleared 8 vessels through the newly introduced pre-declaration procedure, which has been functioning for 3 months. In all cases ship agents applied the new technology, press center of North West Customs Department says.
Mandatory pre-declaration is expected to be introduced in the sector of maritime transport in 2014-2015.
