Opening of 2013 navigation season at Chukotka seaports
In June 2013 opening of navigation season took place at the seaports of Anadyr, Beringovsky and Provideniya, Rosmorport says.
On 14 June 2013 the "Geroy" motor vessel made the first in the current year ship entry into the Beringovsky seaport where it stood down at the anchorage for coal loading.
During the period from 15 till 18 June 2013 the "Pioner Korsakova" motor vessel visited the seaports of Providenie and Anadyr. It transported to the seaports economic cargo for the residents of Providenie and Anadyr regions of the Chukotka Autonomous District.
After having opened the navigation season the Anadyr Branch will provide pilotage services of vessels at the seaports of Anadyr, Pevek and Provideniya as well as towing services at the time of moorage of vessels at the seaports of Egvekinot and Provideniya.
