Ukraine up from “black” to “grey” list of Paris MoU
Ukraine has got out of the “black” list of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control (Paris MoU) to enter the “grey” one. According to Paris MoU, Ukraine is 64th in the list of 78, which is the last place of the “grey” list. The new list is valid from July 1, 2013.
According to the lost, the safest flag is that of France, the last in the list is Bolivia. Russia is 28th, which is a “white” list.
