RF Government approves amendments into Regulation on Federal Service for Transport Supervision
On June 17, RF Government approved amendments into the Regulation on the Federal Service for Transport Supervision, say the materials of RF Government.
Article 2 of the Federal Law dated July 28, 2012 No 131-FL amends Article 41 of the State Supervision in the sphere of inland water transport of the Russian Federation with provisions setting forth the powers of the state supervisory body to investigate inland water transport accidents as well as to supervise activities of IWW Basin Captains.
Therefore, corresponding amendments are to be introduced into the Regulation on the Federal Service for Transport Supervision.
