Commercial Port of Vladivostok handles 10,020 vehicles in May’13 (up 40%, y-o-y)
In May 2013, Commercial Port of Vladivostok (part of FESCO Transportation Group) handled 10,020 vehicles (+40%, year-on-year), the company says.
Half I result is expected to gain 20%, year-on-year, to make 45,000 units.
Commercial Port of Vladivostok OJSC owns and operates the property complex of the port of Vladivostok, one of Russia’s largest ports in the Far East. It is a part of FESCO Transportation Group. Commercial Port of Vladivostok operates 17 berths including container, passenger, motor car specialized berths. In 2012 the company’s throughput grew by 4%, to 6,668,100 tonnes.
The company handles over one third of vehicles arriving in Russia via the Far East with the focus on transshipment of new automobiles.
