Amendments introduced into Vysotsk port limits
The boundaries of Vysotsk seaport water area have been amended by the Decree of RF Government No 455 dated May 30, 2013, FSUE Rosmorport says.
The amendments are associated with the inclusion into the seaport limits of anchorage NO 18 Е intended for vessels expecting berthing at Vyborg and Vysotsk ports instead of anchorage No 18 Г.
North West Basin Branch of FSUE Rosmorport utilizes 5 plots of land in Vysotsk seaport. Their total area makes almost 3.5 hectares accounting for 2.4% of the port’s entire territory. Water bodies are being used by Rosmorport NWB Branch for sea navigation purposes, that does not require signing of water use agreement or taking a decision to make surface water bodies available for use according to RF Water Code requirements.
