In his turn, Deputy Chairman Dmitry Rogozin, who is in charge of the industry, suggested that the Marine Board structure be revised and a permanent body, the Presidium, be organized by A Deputy Minister of one of the industry-focused Ministries. The Presidium’s activity, in its turn, will be carried out by an interagency working group. The Board is to control implementation of the federal programmes as well. The Board’s decisions will be documented for further generation of governmental orders. The required amendments are suggested to be introduced into the Marine Board regulations.
“There should be a permanent part of the Board, its working body, to carry out constant work on shipbuilding problems. It is to be formalized both in terms of organization and personnel,” Dmitry Medvedev summarized.
