MCC Transport appoints new Chief Commercial Officer
MCC Transport has appointed Naresh Potty as its Chief Commercial Officer, based in Singapore. In this new role, Naresh will be part of the Senior Management Team reporting to the CEO, Tim Wickmann, said in the company's press release.
As CCO, Naresh will be responsible for overseeing commercial activities including trade and marketing, key client management and business and commercial processes for the company.
Naresh first joined the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group in 2000, holding various positions in line management, sales, marketing and general management. Prior to assuming this role, he was the Country Manager for MCC Transport in the Philippines.
“Intra-Asia market continues to be the biggest and one of the fastest growing trades globally. I am confident Naresh will be a valuable member of our leadership team and is the perfect candidate to take our commercial organisation to the next level,” said Tim Wickmann.

Naresh replaces Rupesh Jain, who has moved to head Maersk Line in Taiwan.
