In May 2013, Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port OJSC handled first 5 express container trains Moscow-Vladivostok, the company announced.
In May, the company unloaded 2,452 wagons: 1,731 wagons with dry bulk cargo (71%), 321 wagons with scrap metal including that in containers (13%), 270 container wagons (11%).
This result is expected to be exceeded in June.
The Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port is the universal reloading complex on southern coast of a nonfreezing Zolotoi Rog Bay. The berthing line of 10 berths which is 2,020 m long, 9 km of railway lines and 3 locomotives enable the company to handle 71 wagons per day.
