Irina Babyuk chairs BoD of Marine Façade (St. Petersburg)
Irina Babyuk, head of St. Petersburg Investment Committee, has been appointed a Chairwoman of JSC Passenger Port St. Petersburg "Marine Façade", Saint Petersburg City Administration says in its press release.
Regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held on May 31, 2013.
The agenda also included the budget implementation and adjustment in view of activities on water transport services to be provided in September 2013 during G 20 Summit basing on Passenger Port Saint-Petersburg, the release says.
JSC Passenger Port St. Petersburg "Marine Façade" is in the ownership of the city of St. Petersburg and is the largest passenger seaport in Russia. Construction of Marine Façade began in 2006. The port can accommodate cruise and ferry ships of up to 311 m long and with a draft of up to 9 m. The length and depth of new access channels - 10 km and 11 m, accordingly. The port operates seven piers. The quay wall length – 2,171.06 m. In 2011, passenger traffic at Marine Façade was 405,200 people.
