Register of hydraulic structures to be introduced in Russia
RF Ministry of Natural Resources has approved the Regulations on introduction of Russian Register of hydraulic structures. According to the Ministry’s press center, the order was registered by RF Ministry of Justice on May 8, 2013 under register number of 28354.
The Register is a unified system of registration, storing and providing information about hydraulic structures of the Russian Federation. According to the Regulations, information about subordinate hydraulic structures subject to safety declaration, like liquidation of hydraulic structures should be provided by HS owner or operator to state supervisory authorities or their local departments, which, in their turn are to transfer this information to the Federal Agency for Water Resources.
The order of the Ministry of Natural Resources comes into effect in 10 days after publication.
