MoU signed by RF National Shipping Chamber and Danish Shipowners Association
A memorandum of understanding was signed by RF National Shipping Chamber and Danish Shipowners Association on April 22, 2013 in Copenhagen, press center of RF Transport Ministry reports.
In the presence of co-chairs of Intergovernmental Russian-Danish Economic Cooperation Council, Russian Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov and Permanent Secretary of State at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Claus Grube, the document was signed by Aleksey Klyavin, President of the National Shipping Chamber, and Peter Bjerregaard, Director General of Danish Shipowners Association.
RF Transport Minister stressed that the signing of the Memorandum will give a fresh impetus to strengthening of cooperation in the sphere of shipping and the development of a direct dialogue between the two countries’ businesses which, in its turn will serve an instrument ensuring implementation of economic and social & political interaction of Russia and Denmark.
