Aker Solutions implements employee share programme
On 18 April 2013 Aker Solutions ASA sold and transferred a total of 99 own shares at a share value price of NOK 111.62 under the company's employee share programme, the Company press release said.
The shares were awarded as bonus shares under the company's 2010 employee share purchase programme.
Following the transaction, Aker Solutions ASA holds a total of 3,490,886 own shares.
