Bunker prices fall to new lows in New York
Bunker prices in New York fell to new lows on Tuesday, with bunker price data from Ship & Bunker showing key grade IFO380 fell below $600.00 per metric tonne (pmt) for the first time this year.
The grade hit a new low for 2013 of 599.50 pmt, while low sulfur 380 cSt product slid $10.00 to its new low for the year of $645.50 pmt.
MGO at the Atlantic Coast port fell for a forth consecutive market day to a new low for 2013 of 980.00 pmt.
