RIMSCO transfers vessels to other legal entities and declares bankruptcy – RF Bailiff Service
CJSC RIMSCO, which debt makes RUB 37 mln, transferred its vessels to other legal entities, press center of RF Federal Bailiff Service of the Primorsk Territory informs.
Presently, 40 proceedings against CJSC RIMSCO are under execution at the interdistrict department of baliffs. As of today, some RUB 37 mln are to be recovered from RIMSCO in profit of state and legal entities.
As of the beginning of 2012, the state register numbered about 20 seagoing vessels and tug boats of RIMSCO. However, in December 2012 the ship register numbered only two earlier arrested vessels of RIMSCO CJSC. According to the Harbour Master of port Vladivostok, new owner of 6 RIMSCO vessels is NPK RIMSCO LLC with the same legal address as the debtor; one vessel is owned by a private person – incorporator of RIMSCO CJSC, while a part of the fleet is sold to a foreign company registered in offshore zone.
In January, this year, RIMSCO CJSC submitted a petition in bankruptcy to the Arbitrage Court of the Primorsk Territory. A supervision procedure was commenced. According to the existing laws, execution proceeding against the debtor has been suspended.
RIMSCO CJSC was set up by Fazil Aliev in 1992. The company provides services on transportation of oil and refrigerated cargo all around the world.
