119 cub m of waste collected by Rosmorport in port Ust-Luga in QI'13
In the first quarter of 2013, FSUE Rosmorport collected 119 cubic meters of waste in the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region). According to Rosmorport, it collected 2,200 tonnes of oily water and 276 tonnes of vessels’ waste water. 39 vessels were provided with 50% discount from ecological dues.
The complex handling ship generated waste commenced its operation in Ust-Luga port in 2012. It comprises the integrated waste treatment vessel SKPO-3, bilge water removing ship Krakovets, incinerator system and trucks for waste transportation.
Rosmorport provides services on collection of waste from Russian and foreign vessels calling on Ust-Luga port and collects dues from February 1, 2013.
