Institute of captain-instructors for naval vessels to be set up in Russia
An institute of captain-instructors for naval vessels will be set up in Russia, IAA PortNews journalist cites Deputy Chairman of RF Government Dmitry Rogozin as telling the media before the meeting of RF Government Marine Board in Novorossiysk.
According to Rogozin, each naval vessel will have a captain-instructor to monitor the vessels’ technical state throughout their life cycles and to ensure prompt cooperation with the vessel designer and shipyard.
Rogozin believes it will also make it possible to crucially reduce ship repair time.
