MCC Transport announces cessation of WSC for dry cargo imports to Far East Russia
MCC Transport announces the cessation of the Winter Surcharge (WSC) currently imposed on all dry cargo imports to Far East Russia.
The WSC, which was applicable for all dry cargo imported to all ports in Far East Russia, from all Intra Asia countries, will cease to apply from 03rd April, 2013 onwards.
MCC Intra Asia Countries: Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Macau, Mongolia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Far East Russia.
