Emergency General Meeting of NCSP shareholders scheduled for June 18, 2013
The meeting of the Board of Directors of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port held on March 19, 2013 decided to hold the Emergency General Meeting of NCSP shareholders on June 18, 2013, the company says in its press release.
The following agenda has been approved for the EGM - Early termination of powers and election of NSCP’s General Director (CEO) and the Board of Directors.
As we reported earlier, Yuriy Matvienko, previously Executive Director of PJSC NCSP, has been approved by the Board of Directors as Acting General Director. Besides, the BoD elected Maksim Grishanin, First Vice-President of Transneft JSC, as Chairman of the Board of PJSC NCSP and decided to approve Igor Terentyev as Executive Director of PJSC.
