Wan Hai to rise rates from Asia on 15 March
Taiwan’s Wan Hai Lines would seek higher rates on dry cargoes originated from Asian countries as of 15 March, the company reports.
From China, Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand to other Asian destinations, the group would seek a rise of $50 per teu and $100/feu and hi-cube container.
On Asia/Middle East routes, a rise of $500/teu and $1,000/feu and hi-cube; Asia to India and Pakistan: $300/teu and $600/feu and hi-cube. TAIWAN’S Wan Hai Lines said today it would seek higher rates on dry cargoes originated from Asian countries as of 15 March.
