President Putin taps new presidential envoy to Russia’s NW Federal District
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree appointing Vladimir Bulavin as Presidential Envoy in the North-West Federal District, the Kremlin press office said.
Mr. Bulavin will replace Nikolai Vinnichenko at the post. Earlier, Vladimir Bulavin was First Deputy Secretary of the Security Council.
Simultaneously, Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika nominated Mr. Vinnichenko to the post of Deputy General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation to be approved at the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
