Construction of Logistika-Terminal warehouse nears completion
CJSC Logistika-Terminal (LT), a unit of National Container Company Group, plans to complete the construction at the terminal yard of a new indoor warehouse in April 2013, the Group’s news release said.
The storage facility total area is 6,000 m2, interior height - 5.1 m, the maximum load on the floor is 15 t/sqm.
The warehouse is designed for indoor storage of unitized cargo, not requiring special temperature conditions. The warehouse will be equipped with fire fighting system and CCTV. The L-T will utilize modern IT system for tracking goods movement.
Logistika-Terminal is an off-dock container terminal of NCC Group. The complex comprises a container terminal, empty container depot, a warehousing facility for consolidation and shipments, the "Pushkin" post of Baltic customs, a bonded warehouse for cargo carried by trucks (for customs clearance), the permanent customs clearance zone, a ‘dry port’ bonded warehouse for containerized cargo, convenient access rail tracks and road.

Total container throughput at the NCC terminals is about 2.8m TEUs.
