Rosgranitsa for border crossing points uniform rules set by the government
The Russian Federation Government should precisely describe in details the requirements for the Russian border crossing checkpoints, the agency head said Monday at Rosmorechflot’s Council in Moscow, PortNews correspondent reports.
Russian Border Services Agency’s Dmitry Bezdelov suggested that the issue be considered by the Russian government’s Marine Board.
Defining the uniform requirements for checkpoints would be helpful as scores of regulatory agencies often make excessive demands on the facilities’ equipment, while Rosgranitsa has no authority to determine the rules for border crossing points, Bezdelov said.
