FTS issues draft orders on tariff deregulation in Arkhangelsk, Temryuk and Taganrog ports
Russia’s Federal Tariff Service (FTS) has issued the draft orders on tariff deregulation in natural monopoly entities of Arkhangelsk, Temryuk and Taganrog ports. In particular, the draft documents provision deregulation of loading/unloading and cargo storage services provided by Arkhangelsk Sea Commercial Port OJSC, Temryuk sea transport administration LLC, KGS-Port LLC, Taganrog Commercial Seaport OJSC, Priazovje OJSC and Taganrog Ship Repair Yard OJSC.
With that the above companies are obliged to provide RF FTS with quarterly (annual) information on prices for loading/unloading and cargo storage services in seaports in compliance with the addendum to the draft order >>>>
