Dasic Group appoints new Managing Director
The Dasic Group has appointed Mike King as Managing Director; responsible for all marine and non-marine activities of the Company. Mike will take up his appointment with immediate effect, with Amanda Murray, the co-owner of the Dasic Group assuming the role of Chair.
Mike has more than 25 years’ experience of international business development, including significant growth in a marine manufacturing environment.
Amanda Murray, joint owner and Chair of the Company commented: ‘We are extremely pleased to have Mike on board. We have ambitious plans for growth, including the development of new products and services. The appointment of Mike is important in ensuring we have the leadership in place to achieve our business objectives’.
Reporting to the Board, Mike will provide the day to day management of the Company with a focus on supporting the sales and marketing effort.
