Lukoil to spend RUR 325 bln on shelf projects by 2021
Russia’s oil major Lukoil will invest 325 billion rubles in its shelf projects by 2021, CEO Vagit Alekperov told reporters on Tuesday, Business News Agency PRIME informs.
“We planned to spend 325 billion rubles on existing shelf projects within 10 years, and already invested 6 billion rubles of this amount,” Alekperov said.
Lukoil also wants to expand its activity on West Africa’s shelf, as well as to operate on Brazil’s shelf, he said.
“We are considering new initiatives in West Africa and are interested in the shelf of Brazil.”
