Rosmorport’s icebreakers escort 51 ships in the Sea of Azov
Icebreakers deployed by the federal agency Rosmorport in the southern basin are currently escorting 51 ships in the Sea of Azov, the Ice Operations Headquarters said. As of 08:00 am, January 9, the icebreaker Kapitan Moshkin was leading a ship convoy from Azov-Don Canal to the Don River.
The icebreaker Kapitan Demidov was escorting another convoy consisting of 28 ships (Exit N8) out of Taganrog, Rostov-on-Don and Azov
Kapitan Chudinov is cutting a path for a convoy of 18 merchant ships bound for Rostov-on-Don.
The icebreaker Kapitan Krutov is escorting a convoy of 5 ships to the port of Yeysk.
