Atlantic Navigation lists on the Singapore Exchange
Marine logistics and ship repair provider Atlantic Navigation is eyeing opportunities in Southeast Asia after listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Seatrade Asia online reports.
The company, which operates in the Middle East is listing on SGX’s Catalist board following its acquisition by Fastube Ltd for $146m through a share issue. Fastube was renamed Atlantic Navigation and S$10.88m was raised placing out 17m new shares to investors.
“We are proud to achieve the milestone of listing on SGX Catalist and view the listing as a strong platform to execute our growth strategy,” said Bill Wong chairman and ceo of Atlantic Navigation. “Going forward, we are confident that the listing will open up opportunities in the Southeast Asia region for Atlantic Navigation and also lead to business alliances in the region to expand our service and product offerings in our core Middle East markets.”
