Greatship sells offshore vessel
The Great Eastern Shipping's subsidiary has penned a contract to sell a 2010-built multipurpose platform supply and support vessel, Seatrade Asia online reports.
The Greatship Mamta is expected to be delivered by Greatship Global Offshore Services to the new owner in the second quarter of Greatship's financial year 2013.
Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Greatship (India) Limited, which owns Greatship Global Offshore Services through parent firm Great Eastern Shipping, currently owns and operates four platform supply vessels, nine anchor handling tug supply vessels, three multipurpose platform supply and support vessels, three remotely operated vehicle support vessels and one 350-feet jack-up rig.
